EESENS warrants all products sold by EESENS or an EESENS authorized retailer to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. EESENS authorized retailer may have different warranty terms from EESENS’. Please check the retailer’s warranty terms. For unauthorized retailer such as eBay or other online marketplaces, we can’t offer any support on this purchase. This warranty applies to the original retail purchaser only, and is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser(s).

If the product fails to work during normal use within warranty, at our discretion, EESENS or an EESENS authorized retailer will either (1) repair the product at no cost, (2) replace the defective product with either a new product or a functional equivalent product of the same model or (3) credit an amount towards the purchase of a new product. To make use of your warranty, you need to contact the store you purchased the product from. If you purchased the product directly from EESENS, you can contact us at support@eesens.com. Warranty claims must be approved by Eesens prior to replacement. EESENS also reserves the right to change this policy in the future.



This limited warranty does not apply to anything other than defects in the manufacturing and workmanship of the product. Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains, or normal wear & tear are not covered. The warranty is only valid if the parts are not being tampered or damaged from abuse/misuse. EESENS also won't replace stolen or lost items.

The receipt or proof of purchase must be presented in the event of any warranty claim. EESENS also needs you to return the product for evaluation and inspection to determine if it is covered by the warranty. You will be fully responsible for the return shipping, includes the fees, damage and loss of package. Any replacement of product can only be provided within the country of purchase.



You use our products is at your own discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for (and EESENS disclaims) any and all loss, liability or damages resulting from your use of our products, including loss of life, personal injury, or the loss of or damage to bike, mobile device, and all other property. EESENS does not guarantee or promise any specific level of performance or battery life associated with the use of its products or any feature of them.


Claim Warranty

If you wish to make use of your warranty, we'll be happy to help. Send us an email to support@eesens.com with:

  1. Your order number and a copy of your receipt.
  2. A quick summary of what isn't working.
  3. Photo or video proof of the issue.
  4. A picture of the Serial number (S/N) of your EESESN product. You can find this on a sticker on your product or retrieve it in Eesens APP.
