SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most of our orders are shipped from China (Shenzhen). We will continue improving our fulfillment service by establishing partnership with more .

In some case, in order to minimize the shipping fee/tax or fulfill your order efficiently, you have agreed that we may have to separate your order into more than one package. Each package will be assigned one tracking number and arrive at your address separately. We will inform you after the sub-orders are created.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

We offer Free Delivery with purchase more than USD55. With order amount less than USD55, we will charge shipping rate based on the location and order total price. The shipping price will be displayed upon checkout. 


CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Please be aware that the shipping costs do not include any import taxes or duties which may be required by your destination country. Import duties and taxes vary by country, and in certain countries the duties may be a sizable fraction of the purchase cost. You will be responsible for payment of any duties required upon receipt of the item(s), so please make sure you are aware of your country's policies. Customs authorities if you do not make the timely customs declaration or if you have to pay fines due to your delay of fulfilling your customs declaration responsibilities.

In some countries, we collect VAT/GST at checkout to assure faster delivery or comply with local taxation regulation. If the tax is prepaid, you don't need to pay any tax. If you receive notification from your local custom, please contact us before making payment.

 

DELIVERY TIME 

Handling and packing process generally takes 2 to 3 business days for all shipments.

In most countries, orders generally arrive in 5 - 12 business days after orders are out from our warehouse. In some regions our of our standard delivery service, the delivery time will take longer.

Peak season, usually from October to next March, may be slower by adding one more week. COVID-19 may further delay your delivery time.

FAIL DELIVERY

We will notify you through email or SMS about the delivery status. You have to confirm that you can receive our email or SMS notification. If you don’t receive any notification within a week after placing your order, please contact Eesens team. 

If failed delivery occurs, for instance, the deliveryman leaves calling information on your front door, you have the responsibility to contact the local post timely for re-delivery.

If you are unavailable to receive the package (on vacation, for example) or refuse the package, it will typically be returned to our partner's warehouse. We will contact you for resending the package, but you will need to pay for the shipping costs as we cannot recover the shipping charges on returned/refused packages. 

Be aware that your package or tracking record may be removed one month after the order is shipped. We don't refund you for the lost item. If you don’t find your package within the expected delivery window (normally within 7 days), please inform Eesens Customer Support timely. Eesens Support team will investigate the delivery for you.
