RETURN & REFUND

EESENS will accept returns and exchanges of products purchased via EESENS website within 30 days of the purchase date for a full product refund, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You cover only the return shipping fee. The refund will go back to the original payment method.

If your products were purchased via a 3rd party retailer, please contact the store for the return.

Any product you return needs to be in new condition, unworn or unused, and with the original tags or packaging, and needs to be returned to us before the 30-day return window expires. You are fully responsible for return shipping, including the postage, loss of package and any damage that might occur on the way back.  

EESENS reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether a returned product is in new condition upon receipt of a returned item. If the returned product has been damaged or misused. EESENS has the right to lower or refuse a refund. EESENS is not responsible for lost packages. The handling fee will be deducted from your return amount.

 

Process of Return

To request a return, you can contact us at support@eesens.com and provide the information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Receipt or proof of purchase
  3. A Picture of the product and packaging with your order ID on a card

If EESENS approves your request, we will send you the return address. You have to pack the returned product with good care and pay the postage in full. Items sent back to EESESN without approval or pre-paid postage will not be accepted. EESENS is not responsible for lost packages, so we highly recommend using a shipping service with tracking.

Upon receiving your returned product, EESENS will start to inspect its condition. We will notify you for full or discounted refund amount, by determining the conditions of the returned products. The refund will be automatically sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If the returned product has been paired with your EESENS APP, the link will be removed from our server when your return request is approved. Then, your APP won’t show the product.
