Which factors affect the alarm's sensitivity and where should I install it?
Choosing the right location is critical for the alarm to function correctly. Follow these guidelines:
Mount on Solid Surfaces: Install the alarm on the main body of the item you are protecting. Avoid placing it on springs, shock absorbers, or moving parts, as these components can dampen vibrations and make the alarm less effective.
Target Vibration Hotspots: The alarm is most sensitive when placed further from the ground or near a lock. These areas typically experience more vibration during a break-in or tampering attempt than other parts of the item.
Installation Examples:-
Trailers: Install the unit directly on the door to detect forced entry immediately.

Scooters: Mount it to the main frame or handlebars rather than the deck or floorboard, as the frame carries vibrations more clearly.

Why has my remote and alarm suddenly stopped connecting?
A: Replace your remote's batteries immediately.When batteries are nearly drained, they can no longer handle the high power spikes required for wireless transmission. Because of this, the connection between the alarm and the remote will fail, even if other basic functions on the device still appear to work normally.
⚠️ Note: Letting the battery drain completely can cause severe wireless malfunctions or accidental device reboots.
How to Identify Low Power
Check your devices for the following low-battery warning indicators:
- Vibration Alarm: You will hear two high-pitched beeps immediately following the standard "ARM" notification.
- Alarm Remote: The LED indicator will flash rapidly 6 times whenever any button is pressed.

Why does my alarm turn off and then immediately back on?
A: This is usually caused by the remote buttons being pressed accidentally while in a pocket or bag. To prevent this, ensure the remote is stored in a way that avoids pressure on the buttons. You can also use the side switch to turn the remote off when storing it in an enclosed space.

Why does my alarm trigger even when there is no movement?
A: False alarms are often caused by continuous vibrations. Avoid installing the alarm unit near devices that vibrate during operation, such as large speakers, engines/machinery, or other Guardian Alarms that may cause interference.

Alarm soud is not loud.
A: The Guardian Alarm offers six different alarm sounds, including one mute mode. Three of these sounds are louder, and three are less loud. The loudest sound reaches 110 dBA, which is quite powerful. You can easily toggle between these alarm sounds by pressing the SETTING (left) button on your controller. The alarm will sound each time you press the button to select a new sound.
- Why doesn't the alarm react to shaking?
Guardian Alarm uses intelligent motion detection with 3 adjustable sensitivity levels. It's designed to detect impact and movement patterns that resemble real theft—like lifting, tampering, or forceful handling—not simple shaking. This helps avoid false alarms from everyday disturbances like wind, rain, or minor vibrations. Adjust the sensitivity if needed to match your environment and protection needs.

My remote only works when the new battery is halfway inserted. What's wrong?
A: This is likely due to poor contact with the battery's negative side. Smooth-surface batteries may not connect well with the holder. Use bump-pattern batteries, like EESENS-approved CR2032, for proper contact. See the image below for comparison.bump-pattern surface

This updated version of the Guardian Alarm resolved issues I experienced with the initial product offering. The reliability of the remote has been perfect, the AlertCast feature has operated without fail, and found the distance in ‘non open areas” to consistently work at 715 feet (with obstructions of four multi-walled structures) far exceeding 70 feet the manufacturer reports. Does exactly what I want for my brand new motorbike
PROS: I really like the alarm versatility of mounting which broadens the usage possibilities. I like the Guardian remote control fob’s form and features. Its beeping and flashing light alerts mean no need to stay within visual and audible distance from the actual, mounted alarm to be aware that it has been activated. CONS: The remote control fob is a bit finicky to operate; I found the video and written instructions inconsistent with actual operation. The “find me” feature of Guardian is nice but probably not as helpful as one would need in a busy city setting.
Easy to set up, works fine and gives peace of mind . What more could you ask for ? Highly recommend

It was very easy to setup and install, and I am very happy with it's performance and range
Stopping along a trail is so much nicer knowing your bike is not being messed with. I use 2 locks with the alarm. It has not been tested yet.
I like the alarm. I think it is a great security addition to my bike. My only issue is, I wish companies would provide clearer use instructions. Instructions should be based on the assumption that the customer will need to be walked through the set up and use with clear concise directions. These instructions are not clear or concise.
I brought the alarm on a weekend trip because the bike had to stay on a vehicle rack overnight. The compact size made it easy to clip onto the frame without taking up space. I set the sensitivity to the middle level, and it stayed quiet until the rack was deliberately moved. The remote let me test and disarm it from the hotel doorway. It was a convenient way to add some peace of mind while traveling.
At first I planned to use this only on my e-bike. After seeing how easy it was to mount, I also tested it on a storage box and the backyard gate. The motion response was consistent in each location, and the tone was hard to ignore. I appreciate that the remote handles both the alert and the basic settings. For the price, it is a versatile little security accessory.
I highly recommend this alarm, I have personally tested the alarm and I'am highly satisfied with the protection it brings to your personal belongings. I have personally attached it under my water bottle cage on my mountain bike. The remote and the activation process is easy and of course you recieve instructions on how to activate and mount it on your bike post or any other item it becomes useful. After a few weeks of use, the EESENS Guardian Alarm System is the best system I have used for my bike so far. I previously used a generic white-labeled one like the: Wsdcam 113dB Bike Alarm and Anqtovp Wireless Bike Alarm Motion Sensor 113dB. The EESENS Guardian Alarm System stands head and shoulders above those. The audible alert on the remote controller and the ability of the remote controller to link with a total of three devices are standout features for me. This is the best bike alarm I've used so far. I mounted it on my e-bike, and the sound is loud—enough to make anyone run away. I really appreciate that the remote alerts me even when I'm inside my house. It took a little bit to figure out the sensitivity settings, but now it works like a charm. Highly recommend to anyone needing extra security.
