Warranty Coverage
EESENS warrants all products purchased directly from EESENS or an authorized retailer to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
If you purchase directly from the EESENS official store and register your product within two months, you will be eligible for an extended warranty period.
Warranty terms may vary for purchases made through authorized retailers. Please refer to their specific policies and contact them directly for any warranty claims.
Purchases from unauthorized sellers (e.g., eBay or other online marketplaces) are not eligible for warranty coverage or support.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Remedies
If your product fails under normal use within the warranty period, EESENS or an authorized retailer will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product at no cost.
- Replace the defective product with a new or equivalent model.
- Offer credit toward the purchase of a new product (excluding VAT and shipping fees).
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact the store where you purchased the product. All claims must be approved by EESENS before any repair or replacement.
EESENS reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
Limitations
This limited warranty only covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover:
- Cosmetic imperfections (scratches, stains, or normal wear and tear).
- Supplied batteries, tools, or accessories included in the box.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, tampering, or unauthorized repairs.
- Stolen or lost items.
EESENS may require the product to be returned for evaluation. Return shipping costs, including fees, damages, or loss during transit, are the customer’s responsibility.
Replacements are only available within the country of purchase.

EESENS does not guarantee specific performance, effectiveness, battery life, or product lifespan, as results may vary based on usage conditions.
How to Claim Your Warranty
To request a warranty service, please provide the following:
- Order number and a copy of your receipt.
- Brief description of the issue.
- Photo or video evidence showing the defect.
- The serial number (S/N) on your EESENS product.
Once submitted, our Customer Support Team will review your request and contact you with further instructions.
