- Order Changes: Once an order is placed, it cannot be amended.
- US, EU, & UK Orders: Include all duties and taxes.
- International Orders: Orders outside the US, UK, & EU may incur additional customs and duty fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We may contact you for a personal tax ID for customs purposes.
- Battery-Only Orders: Due to regulatory requirements and specialized handling protocols for shipping lithium batteries, we are unable to ship orders containing only batteries. To proceed with your purchase, please ensure your order includes at least one non-battery item.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30-days for a full refund if:
- Refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase (order receipt required)
- Item(s) are undamaged, re-sellable, and in original packaging
- You have to ship the return goods to our factory in China. Shipping costs and import tax at your cost.
- Batteries are non-returnable.
